We started with a square part on the top of her head. Pull the hair towards her ear and make a simple braid.
The picture below is the simple braid.
Before you pull the hair into a ponytail back comb a small amount of hair behind the braid. Then pull all the hair into a lower ponytail.
We added a black ribbon for fun. The hairstyle is as simple as that and you have a really cute style.
We do this style a lot but I continue the braid all the way down. Then I wrap it around the pony and it creates a cute braided band that I secure with another clear rubber band.
